Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Marinate for 12 hours.

  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dryed whole oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 6 pork chops
  1. Combine first seven ingredients in a shallow dish, stir well.
  2. Add pork chops.
  3. Cover and marinate 12 hours in refrigerator, turning meat occassionally.
  4. Remove pork chops from marinade.
  5. Grill pork chops over hot coals for 30 minutes on each side or until done basting pork chops with marinade..
