Marinated Steak Kabobs

Yields: 4 Servings

Marinated Steak Kabobs

  • 1 c Onion
  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c Soy sauce
  • 1 tb Worcesteshire sauce
  • 1 ts Mustard
  • 1 lb Sirloin steak
  • 1 lg Green pepper
  • 2 md Onions
  • 2 md Tomatoes
  1. Saute onion in oil; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; pour over meat and vegetables.
  3. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
  4. Remover meat and vegetables from marinade, reserving marinade.
  5. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
  6. Grill 5 minutes on each side over medium coals or until desired degree of doneness, brushing frequently with marinade.
